Jonny Fowler is a business and marketing strategist, speaker, author, and educator with more than three decades of experience helping professionals grow their businesses through relationship-driven marketing, social media strategy, and practical business systems.

With deep roots in the mortgage and real estate industries, Jonny has traveled across the country teaching business owners, real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, and sales teams how to use modern marketing tools to increase visibility, strengthen their brand, and generate more opportunities. With more than three decades of real estate experience, Jim leads a team of 12 dedicated professionals who are committed to guiding our clients through every step of the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence. Over the years, he has earned numerous industry awards and successfully navigated virtually every situation and market shift, which means my clients benefit from seasoned judgment, tough negotiation skills, and calm problem-solving under pressure.

Jim is a top Real Estate Agent in the Denver region, and includes home staging as part of his marketing strategy.  His gives honest, often humorous feedback and insights and is a part of the Real Estate Panel at the Denver Home Staging Regional Summit.

Her company operates out of a 16,000 square foot warehouse full of on-trend home furnishings used to prepare her client’s properties for sale.

In 2024, Jennie launched the industry Brain Trust and Leadership Academy, and the Young Professionals in Home Staging and Design to mentor and encourage future leaders to step up to service and grow the industry into the future. 

STEVEN NORRIS

Steven was first licensed in Real Estate in 2013 while studying and then graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, and also receiving minors in Math and Gerontology.  Steven is the leader of the Young Professionals Colorado group for eXp, serves on various committees to bring education to colleagues and has spoken at industry events in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville and Charlotte.

 

Real Estate is something that he wholeheartedly believes should be a fun and stress free process, because let's be honest, most of us aren't buying and selling houses every day. It is a milestone and part of the proverbial "American Dream." For the majority of people the process becomes overwhelming, stressful, and creates more headaches than it should because they do not understand the process, what to expect, or are working with an agent who is not educated properly.

KIMBERLY DARNELL

 

Kimberly Darnell is the owner of Kurated Home Staging, serving the Denver region.  She stages Vacant and Occupied homes, and also provides color consultations, and holiday decor.  As as talented designer, Kimberly started in kitchen and bath design, and got her real estate license, helping many clients sell and buy their dream homes. 

 

She prepared her listings for sale, using her keen eye for design, color, placement and scale.  Other agents noticed her listings looked great, and started asking her for help.  Kimberly transitioned into home staging and stopped selling real estate, preferring to make properties look their best to handling often frustrating and complicated transactions. 

 

As a solopreneur, Kimberly works with her movers to install furniture, art and decor into vacant properties.  She provides expert guidance to clients, advising them on updating their homes prior to listing, and is a color expert.  She loves the industry, often working long days to get staging work done.   

BETHANY MACLACHLAN

 

Bethany MacLachlan is a digital marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and performer with a unique background spanning social media, business systems, and the arts.

She is the co-founder of Jonathan Fowler Media LLC, a company focused on helping professionals and small business owners strengthen their brands through strategic social media, content, and digital marketing systems.

Most recently, Bethany founded BMac Marketing LLC, a digital marketing consulting firm focused on helping professionals in the arts, wellness, fitness, and beauty industries build stronger digital brands, streamline their systems, and show up online with confidence.

Bethany also serves as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager in the mortgage industry, where she specializes in social media strategy, automation, digital branding, cybersecurity awareness, and online visibility. She is known for helping business owners better understand how to use today’s digital tools to protect their brand, expand their reach, and create more sustainable marketing systems.

In addition to her marketing career, Bethany is an actress and performer in the Houston area, with experience in both film and stage. Her creative background gives her a distinct perspective on storytelling, audience connection, and personal branding.

With experience across marketing, operations, training, entrepreneurship, and performance, Bethany brings a practical and creative approach to helping professionals own their digital presence and build brands that are both visible and secure.

LISA NGUYEN

 

 

Lisa Nguyen is a prominent Denver real estate leader and community advocate who serves as the President of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR). She leads The International Group at RE/MAX Professionals and is widely recognized for breaking barriers as a minority female leader and her fierce advocacy for fair, affordable housing.

Lisa is a proud Colorado native and the daughter of a Marine who fought alongside Americans in the Vietnam War. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1999 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Colorado Denver in 2004. Lisa obtained her real estate license in 2005 and currently leads The International Group at RE/MAX Professionals, a team of 20 who specialize in residential, commercial and business brokering. Her team ranks in the top 1.5 percent nationwide.

In 2023, Lisa was honored with the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) Diversity and Inclusion Award and is a 2022 graduate of the CAR Leadership Academy. She has also been recognized as a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. A sought-after speaker, Lisa has shared her expertise in real estate both across the country and internationally. She is also a proud mother of three children.

JOHN NORRIS

John was first licensed in Real Estate in Colorado in 2004. He studied architecture, business and history at UCLA and was always fascinated by houses. It was a natural transition for him to earn his license as a real estate agent. As a REALTOR he found his niche with helping residential Buyers and Sellers successfully find a home or sell their house.  

John is the Sr Exec VP for IAHSP, and has had the privilege of speaking and sharing his expertise at industry events in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Denver, Nashville, Charlotte, London, Warsaw, Madrid, Milan, Budapest and The Netherlands.

 

He grew up in Littleton in the area of Bow Mar and moved to Northern California for a period of time. He and his wife moved their family to Littleton to fulfill the goals they set when they got married to eventually reside in Colorado. His family has owned a cabin in Breckenridge for 53 years and enjoyed winters and summers in the mountains. John has four children, a daughter and 3 sons ranging in age, and two granddaughters. He and his wife have been married since 1987 and met at UCLA where they were students.​

 

One of the best aspects of living in this region is the skiing. John has been a life-long skier and learned on the slopes of Breckenridge when he was 5 years old. He was a ski racer in high school and was ranked in the state for slalom. He also enjoys hiking, biking, and being outdoors in general. He is passionate about our state, politics and our country – and enjoy helping others realize their dream of home ownership.

CATHI RIOS

 

Cathi Rios is the President and Owner of Front Range Stage, started her business with a passion towards staging excellence. She is a graduate of Home Staging Resource (the first truly “Accredited” staging training program) and earned the Luxury Home Specialist designation while leading her team for over 19 years. Cathi utilizes talented stagers she personally trains using her Master of Science degree in Corporate Training and Development. She has traveled the world with her military veteran husband and has mastered how to incorporate old world charm and organic elements into new world design.

 

Her team has been featured in the news and on radio programs, the Colorado Springs Business Journal, and has recently won the Quality Business Award for the Best Staging Company in the Colorado Springs market as well as the 2026 Best of Houzz customer service award! Her 5-star reviews and staging portfolio merit her distinction as an International Association of Home Staging Professional award winner in staging and design excellence as well as client care for the last two years. She completed Interior Design training from Rhodec International and has won numerous awards for Model Homes and Parade of Homes including Peoples’ Choice awards and Best Interior Design awards.
