More About
The International Association of Home Staging Professionals®
The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®) is the professional association serving the Home Staging industry. Since 1999, IAHSP® has set high standards based on educational requirements, standards of excellence, and a code of ethics for our members as they serve the public in the communities where we live and work. IAHSP® is open to all Home Stagers and Real Estate Agents that meet the educational standards set for membership. IAHSP® was founded by The Creator of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz, who for over 35 years has helped educate Realtors®, sellers and Stagers about the art and business of Home Staging.
IAHSP® members believe in networking, branding, and working together for business growth to enhance the profession of Home Staging and to educate the public about ASP® Home Staging services in the areas where our members live and serve.
Therefore, a requirement for joining IAHSP® is to first be educated and trained in the business and service of Home Staging by investing in a quality training and educational program. IAHSP® has selected the Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®) Course as the preferred educational resource.

IAHSP® and The ASP® Designation are the benchmark association and designation and have been established and strongly built over many, many decades of time. This helps the public know that ASP's are the true proven leaders in the Home Staging Industry as they serve their clients and consumers where they live and work.
IAHSP® also hosts the only international professional Home Staging Convention and since 2003 has provided this educational forum for high-level teaching and learning. At the annual convention, IAHSP® rewards individual achievement and excellence by awarding the Barb Schwarz Staging Excellence Award, the Rising Star Award, the IAHSP® Chapter Excellence Award, and the IAHSP® Spirit Award to deserving members and member chapters.
IAHSP® also believes in giving back to communities through the magic of Home Staging. Therefore, we host the annual Worldwide Staging Service Week (WWSSW) each year which allows our IAHSP® members to give back to worthy charities, groups, or individuals through our IAHSP® Foundation. IAHSP® is the only organization that has a non-profit status for this purpose and schedules this annual event to give back with joy our time, dollars and resources to help others in need. It is our honor to serve others through our WWSSW® service week and our IAHSP® Foundation throughout the year as well. Our IAHSP® Renaissance Chapter Liaison Program
The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® offers continuous and tremendous support to each of the IAHSP® chapters. We know that membership in IAHSP® International is a key component to an ASP's business success. From the International level we provide tools and programs to help ensure our IAHSP® chapters are strong and successful. Our newly introduced IAHSP® Chapter Renaissance Liaison Program provides a constant connection for each chapter to their own International level Board member. This is a personal contact for guidance, ideas, questions and answers and sharing. Each of our IAHSP® chapters has an International Board member liaison. Project Renaissance has been created to offer special assistance to all IAHSP®
Chapters whether new or established chapters. Also through our IAHSP® monthly chapter board member calls we provide a forum for sharing chapter successes and local programming.
Our IAHSP Project Renaissance Goal is for all of our IAHSP chapters to be healthy, thriving and supported to the best of our ability as The International Association of Home Staging
Professionals®. For together through IAHSP® we build a strong foundation for the support of all ASP®".
