Of course! Thank you so much for having me here today. I will begin with a quick background of myself. As far as I can remember approximately 7yrs old I would be visiting my mothers best friend home and saying, “why are those chairs placed over there and why isn’t there a rug on the floor?” Now you might be thinking what 7 year old thinks like this? At an early age I saw space, color, patterns and light different…well you can blame my mom. She knew we couldn’t move every year or buy new stuff so the girl game began. She, my sister and I transformed every room by rearranging furniture, art work, lighting and sometimes my bedroom would be relocated to the other end of the house. So my whole childhood was centered around creative, make believe world and it finally led to entering college studying interior design. So how did I end up being a chiropractor? A major influencer, my interior design professor one day squashed my dream. He told the class we were entering a field that would not provide a livelihood and fear developed. Next semester I was enrolled in the sciences. My main passion is helping people and the healthcare field met that passion. But things changed in the field and my passion wasn’t being met. I didn’t want to live with regret and wanted to show my high school son the importance of recognizing your passion and following it. So I delved deep to find how to help people in another way, use my creativity, be the kid rearranging furniture and transform living spaces like I transformed my life. That’s when Staging Design Doctor began.

Thanks for having me. My name is Jack Samatov. I am the CEO and founder of a software services company called Relentless Software Solutions, which specializes in rental software integrations. My career path has gone from software engineer to inventor and to entrepreneur. All of my work, inventions, and businesses focused on innovative software products. We combined our decades of experience in the inventory rental market to create a new rental eCommerce platform called EasyRentals that allows launching a rental eCommerce storefront and start renting unused inventory in a day.

My name is Dave, and I own a freelance writing business called SolutionsDH that helps small and medium-sized companies generate professional content that gives their brand confidence. My back story is that I come from a varied business background, almost into its 4th decade; I am very lucky to have been at this for a long time. My career got rolling when I got into the suburban and daily newspaper business in metro Denver (a million years ago). Back then, it seemed like every day was "the college of hard knocks" of being in a competitive sales and media fire-fight. Some days you win, some days you lose, hopefully, you racked up more victories than losses. When I think about those times, I laugh about the crazy and varied characters I met along the way. It makes you tough as nails. I have some interesting stories with villains and heroes. Anyway, I then parlayed those experiences into working as a road warrior traveling four days a week in 37 U.S. markets for a large newspaper group based out of Irvine, CA. I managed the digital real estate marketing-sales category for the entire group. After that, I worked with over 400 agents for Trulia, a Zillow Company, helping them attract more qualified lead action. Soon after that, I joined Cars.com for almost five years helping local dealer franchises digitally market new and used vehicles. What an unbelievably great company; they are still around today. Where am I going by telling you all of this? All of us are the net sum of all of our experiences whether you like it or not. My varied experiences got me into the freelance writing and marketing business as a boot-strapped start-up. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I am Jennie Norris, and my staging company is Sensational Home Staging. We serve the greater Denver region and provide occupied and vacant staging for Realtors, Investors, Builders and Sellers. We have been in business since 2002, and have Staged over 6,500 properties to date. We operate out of a large 16,000 sq ft warehouse full of tasteful, on-trend items we use to stage properties for the target buyer. And we love what we do!

Yes! Happy to be sitting here with you, thank you. So, our company TNT Staging was formed in the summer of 2017 by myself and Tatiana Murga. We actually met at the International House in Charlotte at a Russian Conversational hour and quickly developed a friendship. At the time we were both doing quite different things but looking to make some bold moves in our lives. We did and do have a lot in common. We are both proud female entrepreneurs who oddly enough transplanted to Charlotte, NC from Russia, so we had a cultural kinship we could share as immigrants. But we also complement each other really well in our differing strengths and abilities. We strike an excellent balance which is why I think we make such great business partners. We like to think of TNT Staging as a one-stop-shop for interior style & design related services in the real estate realm. We provide exceptional home staging services here in the Carolinas in addition to real estate photography, short-term rental set up, interior design consultation and our newest e-commerce offering which is our online furniture store. We have an incredible network of repeat clients who choose us to elevate their business through our services. As a business and as individuals we are focused on providing value and are committed to quality and it clearly shows through our repeat clients and referral business. We’ve also been recognized as industry leaders and have even had the honor of being awarded the title of Best Staging Team by your own organization.

I started back in 2006, when nobody knew what Home Staging was. I spent all year educating realtors and homeowners about what it was. Now that Home Staging is a household term, I differentiate myself from the others, and educate them on the importance of Accreditation, as Home Staging Industry is not a regulated industry.

Thanks for this opportunity! StagingCraft has been in business since 2010, and until 2019 I was doing almost exclusively consultations, with an occasional vacant stage using rental-company furniture. In 2019 I decided to provide full service staging services, and so I acquired inventory. I now also have a team of four freelance stagers and a network of moving-company partners, which keeps overhead costs low and enables me to work flexibly and nimbly when Realtors need us.

I’m Nedra with Effortless Charm Staging and we specialize in staging vacant homes in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. Originally from a small town located just outside of Houston Texas, I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Finance and have lived in the Dallas area for over 20 years. In addition to vacant home staging, I offer occupied consultations and paint color consultations. I previously served as the VP of Membership of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Dallas Chapter and continue my membership with RESA National. I have my Staging Design Professional and Master Color Consultant certifications with Staging Studio and Occupied Consultation Specialist certification with Bobbie McGrath. The training courses helped me discover what I don’t know I don’t know about Home Staging and what an involved business it is. The thing I love the most about the Home Staging industry is the commitment of the seasoned stagers and their willingness to elevate the profession so that we are respected for what we provide. When starting out, it’s very easy to think that staging homes will be fun and easy. Thankfully, I have my Project Management Professional certification because it’s mostly project management with a bit of flair!

It's great to be here, talking about my favorite subject -- home staging. A little bit about us: We're a boutique home staging company located in Los Angeles, one of the most vibrant and diverse cities on the planet with an equally exciting real estate market. We formed our company in 2011, and we currently have four principal staff members. We strive to be unique and to bring our signature sensibility to every project.

I have been a creative professional for all of my career... graphic designer, art director, creative director and brand manager. Now as owner of Coastal Stagedesigns, I’m able to put my creative side to work with my business side to bring Home Staging to a part of the country that had little or no home staging resources.

I’ve been a Realtor for 19 years and started out my career working with some of the larger home builders as a sales agent. I worked closely with the design center and would spec homes and help with model home projects. I always loved the design aspect of the model homes and those years of working in the industry helped train me for my business today. My wife and I started Mint Home Staging Company after never being happy with the local stagers we would hire for my real estate listings. We saw a need and fulfilled it.

Thanks for having me. I'm June Carter. I'm the founder of GYST* Solutions. My career has taken some twists and turns that brought me to being a Home Stager. I majored in Interior Design and worked for many years designing offices in the New York tri state area. When I moved to Florida I started Home Staging. Like many Home Stagers I also became a Professional Organizer. Like many Professional Organizers I also become a Certified Life Coach. Then I became the IAHSP Home Stager Coach allowing me to coach and mentor Home Stagers to be successful in their business. Teaching the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) course to new and aspiring Home Stagers is a particularly wonderful experience for me. I really enjoy supporting Home Stagers to visualize and achieve their goals.

Yes, thanks for having me. I have been in the Real Estate Staging Industry since 2007. I live in Metro-Atlanta and found my ideal client to be Investors. In 2018, approaching Superbowl LIII in Atlanta, I started helping investors prepare their properties for STR. I fell in love with STR design. In 2022, I shut down my staging business and started Vacation Rental in a Box and doing STR designing full-time.
