We ship using DHL or FedEx, with the choice depending on the size of the item.
Standard-sized items are delivered within 1-2 weeks, while XL pieces typically take 2-3 weeks.
Since each artwork is custom-made to order in the USA, we do not offer returns. However, in the rare case of damage or quality issues upon arrival (less than 1% of the time), we provide free replacements.
We operate primarily as a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, shipping directly to personal residences. For larger orders (10+ pieces), we can arrange freight shipments to warehouses, which require a signature upon delivery.
