The Staging Industry is full of talented individuals and companies that do amazing work around the GLOBE! There are sites that recognize “Best Of” for more designer related businesses, and we wanted to have recognition for Home Staging Business Owners. IAHSP® – The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® – will annually recognize the achievements of industry professionals in three categories:
BEST of IAHSP® – Staging Excellence
You must submit at least 3 Staging projects and the RESULTS of those projects (how quickly a property sold or how much more a client received over list). You can provide a link to the property photos and the testimonial on the property.
BEST of IAHSP® – Customer Service
You must simply submit a minimum of 5 Testimonials for the Customer Service Award that share about you and your work.
Best of IAHSP® – Industry Leadership
You must share how you are helping in a Leadership Role in the Home Staging Industry. This could be a training company owner, an industry association leader, or mentorship role that you have formally or informally where you help other colleagues.
You can submit yourself or a deserving colleague for these awards. We do need their name and email address if they are not self-submitting for the awards so we may reach out to them for the necessary information.
Deadline for Submittal is June 30, 2018. All winners will be announced July 15, 2018.

Nominees will be reviewed and approved based on criteria submitted. You will be notified via email that you have been selected as one of this year’s winners, and will be provided a banner logo you can display on your websites and marketing materials.
Note: You do not need to be an IAHSP Member to win these awards. The Best of IAHSP Awards will recognize all who qualify.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO BE RECOGNIZED IN THE HOME STAGING INDUSTRY:
Home Staging Industry Specific Awards in multiple categories will be recognized at the annual IAHSP® Conference & EXPO! This is a separate industry recognition with top winners per category.
